The number of hours of the courses depending on the course level and type of course. The prices and details of the courses can be found below, in the AEFML Language Courses Regulations 2021/22.
How will the the Courses take place?
This year, the courses take place in a hybrid model - online or face-to-face. You may choose the distance modality - online - or face-to-face.
With prior notice to the trainer, the manner in which the student attends the course may be changed.
Places are limited for both options.
Classes will have a minimum of 10 students. If there are not enough registrations, the course in question will not exist.
Applications
Registrations are open until October 11th..
Registration must be made through the Registration Form;
The payment of the registration fee (25% of the total course fee) must be made by bank transfer to IBAN: PT50 0018 0000 4036 4320 001 97 with the description "Inscrição Cursos Línguas" before submitting the registration form (so that it can be inserted in it), and the deadline for this payment is September 30.
The signed Statement of Acceptance of the Regulations (you can sign it digitally, no need to print the document) must be submitted on the Registration Form;
If you enroll in a non A1 level and already have a language level certificate (issued less than 2 years ago) of the desired course, you must submit it on the Registration Form;
Prices and Payment
Placement Test
The placement tests will be held for all courses, with the exception of beginner levels (A1) and those who already have a previous language certificate (in accordance with article 6 of the regulations). They will be held until October 12th, with a written and oral component at a time and place to be announced.

Certificate
At the end of the course, an attendance certificate is issued stating also the marks achieved.. The courses have a continuous assessment component, written assessment and oral assessment.
To obtain the language level certificate the following requirements must be met: a) 75% attendance; b) a final result of 50% or more (on a scale of 0% to 100%) in the final written test.
