McKinsey Achievement Awards

McKinsey is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is passionate about developing leaders. There are three McKinsey Achievement Awards designed to recognize and support talented people who may be currently underrepresented in leadership roles:

  • McKinsey 1st Generation Achievement Award (for individuals who are the first in their family to earn a higher-education academic degree)

  • McKinsey LGBTQ+ Achievement Award (for individuals who self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning)

  • McKinsey Women Achievement Award (for individuals who self-identify as women) 

Each award recipient will receive 2,500  Euros and individual 6-month mentorship from a McKinsey consultant.

The awards are open to early-stage-career professionals with fewer than 5 years of work experience, and current students working toward a graduate or undergraduate degree.

Application deadline is June 8, 2020.
