“The Iberia office (Spain and Portugal) is organizing a two-day virtual workshop that will bring together distinctive Women STEM candidates. A unique opportunity for Portuguese and Spanish students finishing their studies in 2022 or 2023. During the program, attendees will have an opportunity not only to learn more about McKinsey, but also focus on personal development, stressing the importance of building real confidence.
July, 8 afternoon: “Let´s grow together”
Our expert coach will show you how to build a positive mindset and coping mechanisms which will give you power to feel empowered to make the right decisions and build levels of real confidence that feel right for you.
July, 12 afternoon: Workshop Case resolution
Learn more about the significant work we do and the types of clients we help. In this Workshop, you will have the chance to work on an interactive business case study with peers and McKinsey consultants. In addition, you will have the opportunity to hear how our STEM consultants face and overcome challenges and grow together, supported through our mentoring and collaborative relationships.
